Welcome to the Home of Imagine Maltese
"As my 'rightly seasoned' years approached, I decided it was time to put away my 'large toys' for over thirty-five years, quarter horses, and shift my affections to smaller toys, toy breed dogs. After researching AKC toy breeds for over a year and attending AKC events as an observer, the maltese and the chinese crested breeds captured my heart. In 2003, the first two maltese joined my family. Six months later, the first powder puff chinese crested arrived.

During the search for my two chosen breeds, I, personally, witnessed the offensive conditions some unfortunate puppies and dogs endured. These experiences solidified one of my primary goals to raise healthy, happy, spoiled babies while striving to meet the AKC breed standards. I quickly realized the optimum way to be able to offer high quality pets and show prospects was to actively participate in AKC events. No matter how high I have set my personal goals, my 'kids' still cuddle on the bed with me each night because above all else, they are my loving companions.
